4.4 Inserting or changing the needle
4.4.1 For one-needle machines

To change the needle in a one-needle machine:
1. Turn the handwheel until the needle bar (1) has reached
the upper end position.
2. Unlock the roller foot (5).

NOTICE
Property damage may occur!
There is a risk of machine damage, needle breakage or
thread breaking if the distance between needle and hook tip
is incorrect.
Set the distance to the hook tip after inserting a needle with
a different strength.

(3) - Needle holder
(4) - Groove
(5) - Roller foot
