Additional thread tension seam begin./seam end
can be turned On/Off.

Adjusting the braking spring
In case of a sewing stop of the machine head the braking spring avoids an
after-run of the hook thread bobbin.
To adjust the braking spring:
1. Adjust the braking spring (4) by alignment.
The brake power is set properly when the braking spring (4) protrudes
from the flat (1) by approx. 1 mm.
2. When setting the leaf spring (3), take the brake power into
consideration.
(1) - Flat
(2) - Adjusting wheel
(3) - Leaf spring
(4) - Braking spring
