To change the needles:
1. Swivel the folder station out sideways ( p. 21).
The needles are freely accessible.
2. Loosen the screws (2) and pull the needles down and out of the needle
holders (1).
3. Push new needles into the needle holders (1 ) from the bottom and as
far as they will go.
Important
The groove of the left needle (3), as viewed from the operator side of
the machine, must point to the left, while the groove of the right needle (4)
must point to the right, as shown in the figure.
4. Tighten the screws (2).
NOTICE
Property damage may occur!
When switching to needles with a different thickness, the needle can
be damaged by the hook.
Readjust the needle guard at the hook.
