NOTE: There is a top and a bottom to the Hinge Panel Glass (#32):

The top hinge cutout is 7-7/8” to center, the bottom hinge cutout is 8-3/8” to center.

The hinge panel glass must be installed correctly so the door glass can be installed correctly.

NOTE: It is required to allow the

silicone to fully cure in the U-channels

before installing the door glass.

15. Install the Hinge Panel Glass (#32) into the

U-channel 2 (#29) (bottom profile) and the

U-channel 1 (#09) (wall profile). Apply a dab

of silicone to the exposed end of the bottom

u-channel. (Fig 15a and 15b)
