CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• This fan requires very little maintenance. Never try to repair the fan yourself. If it is defective,
have it checked and/or repaired by a qualied person.
• Prior to assembling the fan or cleaning it, remove the plug from the outlet.
• Keep the rear grill free of dust and other substances in order to allow free circulation of the air
around the motor. Do not disassemble the fan to remove dust from the motor.
• You may clean the exterior of the machine with a soft moist cloth.
• Make sure that no water gets into the motor of the machine.
I Do not immerse unit, cord, or plug in water or other liquid.
I Never use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents.

The remote control is not working. • The range is about 5 metres. Point the
remote control towards the control panel.
• Make sure that the battery insulation strip
has been removed.
• Make sure a suciently charged CR2025
battery is correctly inserted in the remote
control.
The column fan is not stable (or at an angle). • Check that the cord is positioned in the
recess of the base.
• Check that the screws are screwed
straight onto the base and are tightened
suciently.
