Camera Icon
The camera icon is either green (camera is connected and ready to use) or red (camera is not connected).
Software Version
The software version is displayed next to the camera icon.
ID Photo Template
The template that is loaded is displayed at the far right edge of the health bar. By clicking the icon, you can change the
template. Some of your template choices are:
Passport templates for various countries.
Visa templates
State or providence templates
Resident templates
Citizenship templates
Custom templates
For some ID templates a higher resolution image is recommended to meet the government requirements, particularly for
image files that will be exported for digital upload. The camera resolution can be increased when this ID photo is taken.
Camera capture size will correlate to the processed export file size.
The camera setting should be returned to the original image size for normal ID operations.
Longer processing times will occur with larger image files.
