Quick Support
The IDW processor console has the ability to be accessed remotely by DNP Tech Support. This function is useful to
diagnose and resolve certain issues. Use this option only when instructed to do so by a Technical Support Agent. A
scheduled appointment is necessary.
NOTE:
The IDW console must be connected to the Internet for this function to operate.
1. Press the Maintenance icon to open the maintenance screen.
2. Tap Admin Mode and enter the admin password.
3. Select the Quick Support button. It can take up to thirty (30) seconds for the software to connect.
4. Follow any prompts or instructions that are given to you by the technical support agent to complete the sign on
process.
