Checking for Remote Updates
Software Updates for the IDW520 console can be accessed remotely via the Internet and automatically installed.
NOTE
Prior to checking for remote updates, the IDW520 console must be connected to the Internet with
an Ethernet cable (using the port on the back of the console.) The Wi-Fi connection will not
provide Internet access to update the system.
The Image Gallery must be empty prior to performing the version update. Use the maintenance
mode Clear Image Queue button and ensure the Camera is turned off throughout the process.
1. Press the Maintenance icon to open the maintenance screen.
2. Tap Admin Mode and enter the admin password.
