4. WARRANTY

®
2-Axis High Precision Digital level is warranted to the original purchaser to be free
from defects in workmanship and material. Digipas Technologies Inc. will, at its option, re-
pair or replace any defective part which may malfunction under normal and proper use
period of 2 (two) of purchase. The foregoing warranty shall not apply to defects resulting
from misuse, abuse, assignment, or transfer by the Buyer. or interfacing, outside of environ-
ment the product. Digipas Technologies Inc. that the operation of instrument software, or
rmware, will be uninterrupted or error-free. The exclusive remedy under any and all war-
rants and guarantees expressed herein, and we shall not be liable for damages from loss
or delay of equipment uses, consequential, or incidental damage. No other Warranty is
expressed or implied. Digipas Technologies Inc. specically disclaims the implied warran-
ties of merchantability and tness for a particular purpose.
4.1. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Digipas Technologies Inc, (hereinafter, “the Company”) be liable to you
or any third party for any indirect, special, incidental, exemplary or consequential dam-
ages of any kind resulting from any performance or use of the product. This includes with-
out limitation: property damage, loss of value of the product or any third party products
that are used with the product, or loss of use of the product or any third party products
that are used with the product, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility
of such loss or damages. The Company’s total cumulative liability arising from or related
to the product, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, amount ac-
tually the product. Some states and/or jurisdictions do or limitation of consequential dam-
ages, apply to you. If any applicable law, then the limitations of liability set forth above
shall apply to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.
5. FCC Statement
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following
two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device
must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired
operation.
Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B
digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide
reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equip-
ment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and
used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio com-
munications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a par-
ticular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television
reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is
encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
• Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
