Position the headband support using the
required height adjustment slot and rotate back
into position. (Figure 14)
Adjust all 4 headband supports so they are
positioned on the same corresponding slot.
This will ensure the headband and respirator
are sitting level.
Re-attach headband assembly into the frame by locating the red headband mounts into the
attachment posts. Ensure the concussion strap is out of the way before clicking the mount
into the attachment post.
Re-attach face seal as described in section ‘Removing & Replacing the Face Seal’ on page 23.
NOTE: Do not hold or suspend the respirator by the headband or face seal.
Quick Release Headband Adjustment
For comfort and security, the quick release
headband must be adjusted each time prior to
entering the work environment. (Figure 15)
Modify the headband size using the headband
adjuster:
• To tighten – rotate the adjuster clockwise.
• To loosen – rotate the adjuster
counter-clockwise.
Face Seal
Firmly close the face shield, before adjusting
the face seal.
Ensure that the face seal is pulled under the
chin and is not twisted or folded. (Figure 16).
