8. Troubleshooting

8.1 Child lock

A padlock appears on the screen when you wake up the display.

No buon is acve.

This means that the child lock is acvated.

To temporarily unlock this safety device (unl the next

me the thermostat is switched to standby), press and

hold buons T3 and T4 simultaneously for 5 seconds.

This grants access to all the sengs oered by your

product.

8.2 Possible errors

An error in the installaon will be indicated by the

AUTO

symbol.

Press the i buon (t4) to nd out what type of error is involved.

1- No receiver has been associated to the thermostat

Associate the receiver with the thermostat

Thermostat sensor error

The product must be returned to the aer-sales department.

There has been a temporary wireless communicaon error

between the receiver and the thermostat.

The error display disappears once it has been viewed.

There has been no wireless communicaon between the

receiver and the thermostat for more than an hour.

Check that the products are correctly posioned using

wireless diagnoscs (see paragraph 8.5).

You are controlling several receivers that are not in the same

operang mode (heat or AC).

When the fault is reced, the unit is returned to Heat mode

and the fault is cleared.

Humidity sensor error

The product must be returned to the aer-sales department.

You are controlling several receivers that are not in the same

operang mode (Auto, Manual, Absence, O).

When the error is viewed, the unit returns to manual mode

and the error is cleared.

symbol appears.

8.3 Low baery warning /

Changing the baeries

When the

AUTO

symbol appears, you have one month to

replace the baeries.

Tochangethebaeries:

❶ Remove the room thermostat from its stand or mount.

❷ Replace the baeries, making sure that they are facing the right way

and that they are the right type (2x 1.5V LR03 or AAA baeries, no Lithium

or rechargeable baeries).
