IMPORTANT: Always lower the backstop before lifting the
coverboard towards a sloping wall or other wall.
Turn the knob in the direction shown (holding the strut to provide
resistance) until the cover plate is at the required height (figure 19).
The brake is spring-loaded and automatically holds the cradle at the
required height when you stop turning the knob.
Lowering the plate
1. Grasp the handwheel handle with your right hand to control the
rotation of the hoist. Hold it firmly.
2. Carefully release the brake with your left hand and slowly turn the
handwheel to lower the cradle to the required height (figure 20).
WARNING! To avoid accidents, watch out for any obstacles above
the jack when lifting the plates.
NOTE: When the lever is released, the cradle descends rapidly.
Therefore, BEFORE releasing the brake, grip the handwheel handle
firmly with your right hand!
Dismantling
How to dismantle the drywall lift for transport and storage:
1. Lower the cradle completely.
2. Push the outriggers down until they snap into place. Fold down the
support hooks.
3. Detach the support arms from the cradle by pressing the locking latch
at the bottom and pulling the support arms out of the tapered sockets
(figure 21).
4. Release the tilt function latch. Raise the basket by approximately 7.5
cm until it can be removed from the frame.
5. Rotate the handle forward one full turn as shown. This will raise the
inner telescopic section (figure 22).
6. Release the hoist by lifting the locking arm with your left hand and
rotating it counterclockwise with your right hand (figure 23).
7. Hold the locking arm in the released position (step 6) and push the
telescopic sections down into the frame with your left hand. The hoist
is now attracted to the frame.
8. Lower the telescopic sections completely. Swing the locking hook
upwards and rotate the telescopic sections slightly upwards until they
are stopped by the locking hook.
9. Hold the locking hook in this position with your left hand and turn the
knob forward with your right hand. The hoist will be pressed against
the frame.
When the locking arm touches the frame (figure 23), tighten the cable
by turning the knob slightly (just enough to hold the hoist in this
position).
10. Carefully raise the frame and hoist by about 2.5 cm to disengage it
from the base.
11. Fold the frame by pressing the locking ring down and pushing the
front legs until they snap into the folded position.
Maintenance
• Check the rope before each working day. If it shows signs of wear,
replace it immediately (see instructions supplied with the new rope).
• Lubricate the rope sheaves from time to time. Lift the telescopic
section to access the inner cable sheaves. The brake drum must not
come into contact with oil or grease!
• Grease the wheel bearings in the base from time to time. If the
telescopic sections do not move smoothly, lubricate their outer parts
with paraffin.
• Store the drywall lifter in a clean, dry place.
Information on disposal of used equipment and
packaging
The user of the appliance in accordance with environmental regulations
is obliged to carry out proper waste management in accordance with
national legislation.
The used or faulty appliance must not be disposed of with household
waste. The appliance and its accessories consist of different types of
materials, such as metal and plastic. The correct thing to do if you need
to dispose of, reuse or recover parts of your appliance is to take it to a
specialised collection point, where it will be accepted free of charge.
Information on the location of collection points for waste equipment is
provided by local authorities, e.g. on their websites.
Do not dispose of petrol, oil, used oil, oil/petrol mixtures or objects
contaminated with oil, e.g. cloths, in the municipal waste bins. Dispose
of used oil or items contaminated with it in accordance with local
guidelines and hand them over to a recycling centre.
Recycle used packaging.
By disposing of the appliance correctly, you are conserving valuable
resources and avoiding the negative effects on health and the
environment resulting from the possible presence of hazardous:
substances, mixtures and components in the equipment.
Improper disposal of waste is subject to penalties under the relevant local
regulations.

Abyste svůj nový zvedák sádrokartonu využili co nejlépe, přečtěte si před
použitím tento návod a přiložené bezpečnostní pokyny. Návod si rovněž
uschovejte pro budoucí použití.
Pomocí zvedáku sádrokartonu může jedna osoba zvedat
sádrokartonové desky o rozměrech až 128 x 488 cm bez další pomoci.
Pomocí funkce naklápění lze desku zvednout do maximální výšky 325
cm od podlahy na rovný strop, šikmé stěny nebo jiné stěny.
Rukojeť zvedáku sádrokartonu lze spustit do výšky 140 cm od podlahy,
což usnadňuje nakládání desky. Zvedák sádrokartonu vydrží zatížení až
68 kg.
Tento návod popisuje montáž, použití a demontáž zvedáku sádrokartonu
pro přepravu a skladování. Před prvním použitím zvedáku sádrokartonu
si pozorně přečtěte tento návod k obsluze a bezpečnostní pokyny.

Zvláštní bezpečnostní pokyny
Před použitím si VŽDY přečtěte návod k použití a dodržujte všechna
upozornění.
VŽDY každý den před použitím zvedák sádrokartonu zkontrolujte a
věnujte zvláštní pozornost stavu kabelu.
Před použitím zvedáku sádrokartonu VŽDY počkejte, až dosáhne
pokojové teploty. Přemístění zvedáku ze studené místnosti do teplé
může způsobit kondenzaci vodní páry, která může ovlivnit funkci
brzdy!
Před použitím zkontrolujte, zda je brzdový buben čistý a suchý.
Zvedák sádrokartonu NIKDY nepoužívejte, pokud nejsou obě
ramena zajištěna západkou.
VŽDY udržujte pracovní prostor bez překážek.
Při používání zvedáku sádrokartonu VŽDY používejte přilbu.
Při zvedání desek VŽDY dávejte pozor na překážky nad zvedákem.
NIKDY nepoužívejte zvedák sádrokartonu ke zvedání jiných
předmětů než sádrokartonových desek a podobných předmětů.
NIKDY nezvedejte desky o hmotnosti vyšší než 68 kg.
Montáž
Díly
Zvedák sádrokartonu se dodává po částech, které je třeba před použitím
smontovat:
Základna
Rám obsahující zvedák a 120 cm dlouhé teleskopické sekce.
Koš bez odnímatelných podpěrných ramen.
Dvě opěrná ramena.
Montážní návod
1. Umístěte základnu
Umístěte základnu na podlahu tak, aby spočívala na kolečkách.
Stiskněte zajišťovací kroužek směrem dolů.
Přidržte zajišťovací kroužek a zároveň nakloňte obě přední nohy tak, aby
zajišťovací kroužek zapadl do otvoru ve spodní trubce.
Abyste zabránili pohybu základny dozadu během montáže, spusťte
zpětnou brzdu dolů podle obrázku (obrázek 1).
2. Umístěte rám na dva "V" držáky na základně a snižte rám přibližně
o 2,5 cm, dokud pevně nezapadne do držáků. Před pokračováním
se ujistěte, že je rám zcela spuštěn a pevně usazen v úhelnících.
3. Připevněte rukojeť k ručnímu kolu zvedáku. Utáhněte matici a poté ji
mírně povolte, aby se ruční kolo volně otáčelo.
4. Přesuňte kladkostroj do provozní polohy: držte ruční kolo a brzdovou
páku podle obrázku 2.
Otáčejte ručním kolem mírně dopředu a zvednutím brzdové páky
uvolněte brzdu. Zvedněte brzdovou páku nahoru. Uchopte vzpěru za
kladkostroj a palcem přidržte brzdovou páku (obrázek 3).
Pravou ruku položte na horní část rámu. Držte brzdovou páku,
abyste zabránili zatažení lana, a přitáhněte zvedák k sobě (obrázek
4).
Jakmile je kladkostroj zcela vysunut (z rámu), uvolněte brzdovou
páku a odsuňte zajišťovací hák tak, aby nedržel teleskopické části
uvnitř rámu.
5. Jemně zatlačte kladkostroj směrem k rámu. Tím se zajišťovací
rameno uzamkne do zvedáku a udrží jej v plně vysunuté poloze
(obrázek 5).
DŮLEŽITÉ: Před pokračováním se ujistěte, že je zajišťovací rameno
správně zajištěno, tj. otočeno co nejvíce doprava.
