make a complaint within 7 days.
3. Complaints can be made, among others, at the point of purchase
of the Product, at the warranty service point, or in writing to the
following address: Dedra Exim Sp. z o.o., ul. 3 Maja 8, 05-800
Pruszków.
4. The User can make a complaint using the form available on the
website www.dedra.pl. ("Warranty Claim Form").
5. The addresses of the country-specific warranty service are
available at www.dedra.pl. If no country-specific warranty service
is available, we recommend that you address warranty claims to:

6. With a view to the safety of the User, the use of a defective
Product is prohibited.
7. Caution: Using a defective Product is dangerous to the health
and life of the User.
8. The fulfilment of the obligations under the warranty shall take
place within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the
defective Product by the User.
9. Before the defective Product is delivered under the complaint
procedure, it is recommended to clean it. The Product under
complaint is recommended to be carefully protected against
damage during transport (it is recommended to deliver the
Product under complaint in its original packaging).
10. The warranty period shall be extended by the time during which,
due to a defect in the Product covered by the warranty, the User
was not able to use it.
The warranty shall not exclude, limit or suspend the User's rights under
the warranty regulations for defects of the goods sold.
Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the
European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the
protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal
data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive
95/46/EC (hereinafter: ‘RODO’), we inform you that
1. The administrator of your personal data provided in the form is
DEDRA-EXIM sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Pruszków, ul. 3
Maja 8, 05-800 Pruszków (hereinafter: ‘Administrator’).
2. Your data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of
implementing the warranty procedure for the device on the basis of
Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter:
‘RODO’) Provision of data is voluntary, but necessary for the
implementation of the warranty procedure.
3. Your data will be processed for the period of consideration of the
implementation of the guarantee procedure and for archiving
purposes in case of the need to defend against possible claims
against the Administrator, no longer than until they expire.
4. Your data may be disclosed only to entities processing data for the
Administrator on the basis of a written agreement of entrustment of
personal data processing providing, among others, technical
support, hosting or maintenance of the website, IT support, courier
company. The Administrator's providers are obliged to ensure data
security and to comply with the requirements of the applicable law
related to personal data protection and may not use the entrusted
personal data for purposes other than those specified in the contract
with the Administrator.
5. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner including
profiling and will not be transferred to a third country/international
organisation.
6. You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right
to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data
portability, the right to object, at any time.
7. For all matters related to the processing of your personal data by the

8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
dealing with personal data protection;

2. Beschreibung des Geräts

3. Verwendungszweck des Geräts
Die Satiniermaschine DED7933 ist für die Bearbeitung, wie z. B.
Satinieren, Strukturieren, Polieren, Bürsten, Glätten, Entrosten oder
Entgraten von Stahl-, Edelstahl- und Nichteisenmetalloberflächen,
bestimmt Es ist auch möglich, verschiedene Holzarten zu bearbeiten, zu
reinigen und ihnen eine Struktur zu verleihen (charakteristische Rillen
und Einkerbungen im Werkstoff)
Der Einsatz des Geräts ist bei Renovierungs- und Bauarbeiten, in
Reparaturwerkstätten und bei Hobbyarbeiten möglich, sofern die in der
Bedienungsanleitung angegebenen Einsatzbedingungen und zulässigen
Betriebsbedingungen eingehalten werden.
4. Nutzungsbeschränkung
Das Gerät darf nur unter den nachstehend aufgeführten „Zulässigen
Betriebsbedingungen“ verwendet werden.
Das Produkt darf nicht zum Nassschleifen verwendet werden. Das
Produkt darf nicht zur Bearbeitung von gesundheitsschädlichen und
brennbaren Materialien (z. B. Asbest, Magnesium) verwendet werden.
Unbefugte Änderungen an der mechanischen und elektrischen
Konstruktion, jegliche Modifikationen, Wartungsarbeiten, die nicht in der
Betriebsanleitung beschrieben sind, werden als rechtswidrig behandelt
und führen zum sofortigen Verlust der Garantieansprüche, und die
Konformitätserklärung verliert ihre Gültigkeit.
Bei nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung oder Verwendung
entgegen der Betriebsanleitung erlöschen die Garantieansprüche
unmittelbar.
