Information on vibrations and noise
The combined value of the vibration ah and the measurement uncertainty
were determined in accordance with the standard 24 and are given in the
table.
Noise emissions were determined in accordance with the standard 24
and values are given in the table above.
Information on noise
Noise emissions were determined in accordance with the standard 24
and values are given in the table above.
Noise can cause hearing damage, always wear
hearing protection when working!
The declared total vibration/noise value has been measured according
to a standard test method and can be used to compare one device with
another. The stated vibration/noise level can also be used for a
preliminary vibration/noise exposure assessment.
Vibration/noise levels during actual use of the equipment may differ from
the declared values, depending on the use of the work tools, in particular
the type of workpiece and the need to determine operator protection
measures. In order to accurately estimate exposure in actual use
conditions, all parts of the work cycle must be taken into account,
including periods when the machine is switched off or when it is switched
on but not used for work.
6. Preparing for use
All operations described in this chapter should be
carried out with the battery disconnected.
To prepare the unit for operation, connect the pumping unit to the gun
with a flexible hose and ensure that the suction pipe with pre-filter is
securely fastened. The clamping bracket should be tightened tightly
enough so that the pipe with the intake nipple fits tightly against the
spigot.
Then make sure that the flexible drainage pipe is fixed firmly and tightly
against the spigot. Screw the flexible tube into the front of the unit (B-1)
using an M19 spanner . The other end of the hose is screwed into the
gun using M19 spanners (B-2) . All parts of the unit should be tightened
with maximum force to prevent leaks.
When painting with the unit indoors, remember to
protect the surface from dirt.
7. Connection to the mains
Before connecting the appliance to the power supply, ensure that the
supply voltage corresponds to the value indicated on the rating plate.
The power supply installation should comply with the essential
requirements for electrical installations and meet the safety requirements
for use. The parameters for the minimum cross-section of the supply
cable and the nominal value of the fuse, depending on the power of the
appliance, are given in the table below:
Unit power [W]
Minimum conductor
cross-section [mm2]
Minimum fuse type C
[A]
700-1400

The installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician. When
using extension cables, ensure that the conductor cross-section is not
smaller than required (see table). Arrange the electrical cable so that it is
not at risk of being cut during operation. Do not use damaged extension
cords. Periodically check the condition of the power supply cable. Do not
pull on the power cable.
8. Switching on the device
Before starting up the unit, it is essential to carry
out the steps described in the section ‘Preparing
for operation’.
The on/off switch is located on the housing (Fig. A, 9). To switch on the
appliance, turn the switch to position I.
9. Operation of the device
Surface preparation for painting.
Always refer to the paint manufacturer's
recommendations!
Before starting to paint, remember to prepare the surface to be cleaned.
The surface should be washed and dried. Do not paint on greasy
surfaces. If the surface is smooth, it should be roughened (e.g. with fine
sandpaper) and then the dust should be removed.
Medium
The machine is suitable for painting with :
- Stains, wood preservatives (without dilution)
- Water-based varnishes, priming substances (diluted according to the
manufacturer's instructions)
- Latex paints, oil-based enamels, stains and other non-abrasive coatings
intended for painting by spraying (according to the manufacturer's
instructions).
Do not use paints (stains, varnishes, etc.) other
than those specified in the operating instructions.
This can lead to damage to the equipment.
Always check in the paint specification how to prepare the paint for
painting (storage, mixing, type of thinner, permissible dilution, etc.).
Before starting to paint, carry out a test on cardboard, cardboard,
plywood, etc. The following table gives indicative painting parameters.

Painting
Ensure that the spray gun is secured before starting any operation. The
gun is secured when the safety device forms a 90° angle with the trigger.
Each time before painting, apply 3-5 drops of oil (oil included) into the oil
pocket (G).
During prolonged operation, oil should be applied every 4 hours of
continuous operation. The recommended oil for application is Pansam's
premium15 pneumatic tool oil with the number A531002.
All new gensets are tested and pumped with a special fluid to prevent
corrosion during transport. If the genset has already been used a
cleaning fluid may remain in the system. Regardless of whether the
genset has been used or not, the residual medium must be pumped out
before operation. To do this, prepare a container with paint (C-1) and an
empty container (C-2). Place the suction tube with the nipple in the paint
container and the discharge tube in the empty container. Set the pressure
setting knob to the maximum position and the PRIME/SPRAY switch (A-
10) to the PRIME position (C-3). Then connect the unit to the power
supply and switch the unit on (A-9 position ON).The unit will start sucking
