Cutting branches and shoots
It is recommended that tree care cuts be made not perpendicularly but slightly under
the bevel and at a height of about 5 mm above the bud.The bevel cut should be
made so that the highest point is above the mesh.
The cut should not be made too close to the trunk so that the cutting site can heal.
Before starting to cut, the fixed blade should rest with the inner edge against the
shoot or branch.When cutting hard branches, the blade may not cut the branch the
first time, release the trigger of the switch. The blade will automatically return to the
initial state. Restart the device.
The device is equipped with thermal protection to protect the motor from
overheating. If the protection is triggered, the power supply will be cut off and the
device will stop working. Wait several minutes for the temperature on the motor to
decrease to a level that allows the device to be switched on again.
After each use of the device:
Disconnect the battery pack from the device to avoid accidental activation by
bystanders or during handling.
9. Ongoing maintenance
Perform all maintenance operations with the device
disconnected from the power source. Always wear
protective gloves during handling to avoid cuts.
Keep the device clean, do not store the device dirty. Do not clean with water-based
detergents.Do not use aggressive solvents for cleaning. When cleaning blades,
wear protective gloves, use penetrating lubricants.
Store out of the reach of children, in a dry place with the battery removed
beforehand. Do not expose the device to the elements (rain, snow, UV rays).
Use only dedicated chargers to charge the SAS+ALL line of batteries. Do not leave
the battery pack unattended during charging. When charging is complete,
disconnect the charger from the power source and remove the battery.
Disconnect the power source each time:
- when you have finished working with the device
- when moving the device
- if the user walks away from the device
- Before replacing or adjusting the working tip
- Before checking or cleaning the device
Never leave the device with the battery connected unattended!
It is forbidden to transport the device with the battery connected! Disconnect the
battery from the device for transportation.
10. Spare parts and accessories
To purchase spare parts and accessories, contact Dedra Exim Service. Contact
information is on the 1st page of the manual.
When ordering spare parts, please specify the lot number on the nameplate and the
part number from the assembly drawing.
During the warranty period, repairs are carried out under the terms of the warranty
card. Please hand over the claimed product for repair at the place of purchase (the
seller is obliged to accept the claimed product), send it to the Dedra Exim central
service center or send it to the service center closest to your place of residence (list
of service centers at www.dedra.pl). Kindly include the completed warranty card.
After the warranty period, repairs are performed by the central service. Send the
defective product to the service center (shipping costs are paid by the user).

disposed of with household waste. The correct course of action when
disposal, reuse or recovery of components is to take the device to a
specialized collection point, where it will be accepted free of charge. Information on
the location of collection sites for waste equipment is provided by local authorities,
e.g. on their websites.
Proper disposal of the device allows you to conserve valuable resources and avoid
negative health and environmental impacts resulting from the possibility of
hazardous: substances, mixtures and components in the equipment.
Improper disposal of waste is subject to penalties under relevant local regulations.
Users in European Union countries: If you need to dispose of electrical or electronic
equipment, please contact your nearest retailer or supplier, who will provide
additional information.
Disposal of waste in countries outside the European Union: This symbol applies
only to countries within the European Union. If you need to dispose of this product,
please contact your local authorities or your dealer for proper disposal.

I. Product Liability
1. Guarantor - Dedra Exim Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Pruszkow, address:
ul. 3 Maja 8, 05-800 Pruszków, KRS 0000062517, District Court for the City of
Warsaw in Warsaw, XIV Economic Department of the National Court Register, NIP
527-020-49-33, share capital: PLN 100,980.00.
2. Under the terms of this warranty card, the Guarantor guarantees the Product,
originating from the Guarantor's distribution.
3. Liability under the warranty shall cover only defects arising from causes inherent
in the Product at the time of its release to the User.
4. By virtue of the warranty, the User, obtains the right to repair the Product free of
charge, if the defect became apparent during the warranty period. The method of
repairing the Product (the method of performing the repair) is at the discretion of the
Guarantor. If the Guarantor finds that repair is not possible, the Guarantor reserves
the right to replace the defective element or the entire Product with a defect-free
one, reduce the price of the Product or withdraw from the contract.
5. In relation to the User who is not a consumer within the meaning of the Act of
April 23, 1964. Civil Code, the Guarantor's liability for damages resulting from this
guarantee and/or in connection with its conclusion and execution, regardless of the
legal title, is limited to a maximum of the value of the defective Product.

III. Conditions for taking advantage of the guarantee
The User should present the completed warranty card for the Product and the User
should substantiate the circumstances of the purchase of the Product, e.g. by
presenting the receipt, invoice, etc. In order to carry out the claim efficiently, the
User is advised to submit with the Product for claim all the elements specified in
"Completion of the device" included in the User's Manual.
2. compliance by the User with the recommendations contained in the User's
Manual and the warranty card.
3. The warranty covers only the territory of the Republic of Poland and the EU.
4. The warranty does not cover Product defects arising in particular from:
a. Failure by the User to comply with the conditions set forth in the User's Manual,
particularly with regard to proper operation, maintenance and cleaning;
b. Use of cleaning or maintenance products by the User that do not comply with the
User's Manual;
c. Inadequate storage and transportation of the Product by the User;
d. Unauthorized changes and/or alterations to the Product by the User, which were
not agreed upon with the Guarantor;
e. User's use of consumables in the Product that do not comply with the User's
Manual.
5. A user who is not a consumer within the meaning of the Act of April 23, 1964.
Civil Code, loses the warranty on the Product in which:
- serial numbers, date markings and nameplates have been removed, altered or
damaged by the User;
- seals have been damaged by the User or bear signs of tampering by the User.
6. Note: Activities related to the daily operation of the Product, resulting, among
other things, from the User's Manual, shall be performed by the User on his/her own
and at his/her own expense.
IV. Complaint procedure
1. In the event that the Product is found not to be working properly, make sure that
all the operations specified in particular in the User's Manual have been performed
correctly before making a claim.
2. It is recommended to make a complaint immediately, preferably within 7 days
from the date of noticing a defect in the Product. The User, who is not a consumer
within the meaning of the Act of April 23, 1964. Civil Code, loses his/her rights under
this warranty if he/she fails to report a complaint within 7 days.
