3. Zgłoszenie reklamacji można dokonać m.in. w punkcie zakupu Produktu, w
serwisie gwarancyjnym lub pisemnie na adres: Dedra Exim Sp. z o.o., ul. 3 Maja 8,
05-800 Pruszków.
4. Użytkownik może złożyć reklamację przy wykorzystaniu formularza dostępnego
na stronie internetowej www.dedra.pl. („Formularz zgłoszenia reklamacji z tytułu
gwarancji”).
5. Adresy serwisów gwarancyjnych dla poszczególnych krajów dostępne są na
stronie www.dedra.pl. W przypadku braku serwisu gwarancyjnego dla danego kraju
zgłoszenia reklamacyjne z tytułu gwarancji zaleca się kierować na adres: Dedra
Exim Sp. z o.o. ul. 3 Maja 8, 05-800 Pruszków (Polska).
6. Mając na uwadze bezpieczeństwo Użytkownika zakazuje się korzystania
z wadliwego Produktu.
7. Uwaga! Korzystanie z wadliwego Produktu jest niebezpieczne dla zdrowia i życia
Użytkownika.
8. Wykonanie obowiązków wynikających z gwarancji nastąpi w terminie 14 dni
roboczych, licząc od dnia dostarczenia reklamowanego Produktu przez
Użytkownika.
9. Przed dostarczeniem wadliwego Produktu do reklamacji zaleca się jego
oczyszczenie. Reklamowany Produkt zaleca się dokładnie zabezpieczyć przed
uszkodzeniami w transporcie (zaleca się dostarczyć reklamowany Produkt
w oryginalnym opakowaniu).
10. Okres gwarancji ulega przedłużeniu o czas, w ciągu którego wskutek wady
Produktu objętego gwarancją Użytkownik nie mógł z niego korzystać.
Gwarancja nie wyłącza, nie ogranicza, ani nie zawiesza uprawnień Użytkownika
wynikających z przepisów o rękojmi za wady rzeczy sprzedanej.
Zgodnie z art. 13 ust. 1 i ust. 2 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady
(UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w
związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu
takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (dalej: „RODO”) informujemy
1. Administratorem Twoich danych osobowych podanych w formularzu jest
DEDRA-EXIM sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Pruszkowie , ul. 3 Maja 8, 05-800
Pruszków (dalej: „Administrator”).
2. Twoje dane będą przetwarzane wyłącznie w celu przeprowadzenia procedury
gwarancyjnej urządzenia zgodnie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b ogólnego rozporządzenie o
ochronie danych (dalej: „RODO”) Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, ale
konieczne do przeprowadzenia procedury gwarancyjnej.
3. Twoje dane będą przetwarzane przez okres rozpatrywania przeprowadzenia
procedury gwarancyjnej oraz w celach archiwizacyjnych w razie konieczności
obrony przed ewentualnymi roszczeniami wobec Administratora nie dłużej niż
do momentu ich przedawnienia.
4. Twoje dane mogą być ujawniane wyłącznie podmiotom przetwarzającym dane
na rzecz administratora na podstawie pisemnej umowy powierzenia
przetwarzania danych osobowych świadczącym m.in. usługi serwisu
technicznego, hostingu lub obsługi strony internetowej, obsługi IT, firmie
kurierskiej. Dostawcy Administratora zobowiązani są do zapewnienia
zabezpieczenia danych i spełnienia wymogów obowiązującego prawa
związanego z ochroną danych osobowych i nie mogą wykorzystywać
powierzonych danych osobowych do innych celów niż te, które są określone w
umowie z Administratorem.
5. Twoje dane nie będą przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowany w tym również
w formie profilowania oraz nie będą przekazywane do państwa
trzeciego/organizacji międzynarodowej.
6. Posiadasz prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich
sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia
danych, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu, w dowolnym momencie.
7. We wszelkich sprawach związanych z przetwarzaniem Twoich danych
osobowych przez Administratora możesz skontaktować się pod adresem e-

The SAS+ALL line device is designed to work only with chargers and batteries
from the SAS+ALL line.
Li-Ion battery and charger are not included in the purchased device and must be
purchased separately. The use of batteries and chargers other than those dedicated
to the device is prohibited.
The use of the battery and charger is described in the accompanying instructions.
Never leave an operating charger unattended.
The charger is an electrical device and damage to it during
operation can lead to dangerous situations. After charging the battery, disconnect
the charger from the mains and remove the battery from the charger socket.
2. Device description

3. Purpose of the device
The device is designed for tree care, pruning fresh shoots and branches in home
gardens and orchards with diameters no larger than the value specified in the
technical data. The rechargeable secateurs can be an alternative to traditional
manual garden secateurs, while providing great comfort and reducing the perceived
fatigue of the operator during the work.
4. Restrictions on use
The device may only be used in accordance with the
"Permissible operating conditions" posted below.
Unauthorized changes to the mechanical and electrical
structure, any modification, maintenance activities not
described in the instruction manual will be treated as illegal and cause
immediate loss of warranty rights, and the declaration of conformity becomes
invalid.
Use not in accordance with the intended use, or not in accordance with the
operating instructions will result in immediate loss of warranty rights. Do not use the
machine to cut metal parts, stone or ceramics.

Information on vibration and noise
The combined value of vibration a

and the measurement uncertainty were
determined in accordance with EN 62841-1 and are given in the table.
Noise emissions were determined in accordance with EN 62841-1 values are given
above in the table.
Noise can cause hearing damage, always use hearing
protection when working!
The declared total vibration/noise value has been measured according to a
standard test method and can be used to compare one device with another. The
stated vibration/noise level can also be used for preliminary assessment of
vibration/noise exposure.
The level of vibration/noise during actual use of the device may differ from the
declared values, depending on how the work tools are used, particularly the type of
workpiece being worked on, and the need to determine measures to protect the
operator. In order to accurately estimate exposures under actual operating
conditions, all parts of the operating cycle must be taken into account, including
periods when the device is off or when it is on but not being used for work.
6. Preparation for work
The device is part of the SAS+ALL line, so in order to use
it, you must complete a set, consisting of the device,
battery and charger. The use of other batteries and chargers is prohibited.
All operations described in this chapter should be carried
out with the battery disconnected.
Before starting work, remove the guard from the secateurs blades. Then check
whether the blades are properly screwed together, if there is play, tighten the
nut(Fig.B.1). Place the charged battery in the device socket. The device is ready for
use.
7. Switching on the device
Holding the device in your hand, press the switch lock button(fig.C.1). Then press
the switch trigger (fig.C.2), the blades will close. Releasing the switch trigger, will
open the blades.
8. Use of the device
If the battery gets hotter than 40°C, stop operation and
wait for the battery to cool down.
When working with the device, it is essential to observe
all safety rules and recommendations described in the
safety conditions.
Do not cut branches or shoots whose thickness exceeds
the working range of the device.
