8. Виконання зобов'язань за гарантією відбудеться протягом 14
робочих днів, рахуючи від дати доставки Користувачем заявленого
Продукту.
9. Перед тим, як відправити дефектний Виріб на рекламацію,
рекомендується його почистити. Виріб, що підлягає рекламації,
рекомендується ретельно захищати від пошкоджень під час
транспортування (рекомендується доставляти виріб, що підлягає
рекламації, в оригінальній упаковці).
10. Гарантійний термін продовжується на час, протягом якого
Користувач не міг використовувати Продукт, на який поширюється
гарантія, через дефект.
Гарантія не виключає, не обмежує і не призупиняє права
Користувача, передбачені положеннями про гарантійні зобов'язання
щодо дефектів проданих товарів.
Відповідно до статті 13(1) та (2) Регламенту (ЄС) 2016/679
Європейського Парламенту та Ради від 27 квітня 2016 року про
захист фізичних осіб у зв'язку з обробкою персональних даних і про
вільний рух таких даних та про скасування Директиви 95/46/ЄС (далі:
"RODO"), повідомляємо Вам наступне
1. Контролером ваших персональних даних, вказаних у формі, є
компанія DEDRA-EXIM sp. z o.o., зареєстрована за адресою: вул.
3 Мая, 8, 05- 800, Прушкув (далі: «Контролер»).
2. Ваші дані будуть оброблятися виключно з метою виконання
гарантійної процедури для пристрою згідно з літ. b п. 1. ст. 6
Загального регламенту захисту даних (далі: «ЗРЗД») Надання
даних є добровільним, але необхідним для виконання
гарантійної процедури.
3. Ваші дані будуть оброблятися протягом періоду виконання
гарантійної процедури та з метою архівування на випадок
необхідності захисту від можливих претензій до Контролера, але
не довше закінчення терміну позовної давності.
4. Ваші дані можуть бути розкриті тільки суб'єктам, які обробляють
дані від імені Контролера, на підставі письмового договору про
доручення на обробку персональних даних, що передбачає,
зокрема, технічне обслуговування, хостинг або обслуговування
веб-сайту, ІТ-сервіс, кур'єрську компанію. Постачальники
Контролера зобов'язані забезпечувати безпеку даних і
дотримуватися вимог чинного законодавства щодо захисту
персональних даних і не можуть використовувати довірені їм
персональні дані в цілях, відмінних від зазначених у договорі з
Контролером.
5. Ваші персональні дані не будуть оброблятися автоматизовано,
зокрема, не будуть профілюватися, а також не будуть
передаватися у треті країни/міжнародні організації.
6. Ви маєте право на доступ до своїх персональних даних та право
на їхнє виправлення, видалення, обмеження обробки, право на
передачу даних, право на відмову від обробки, у будь-який
момент;
7. З усіх питань, пов’язаних з обробкою Контролером ваших
персональних даних, ви можете звернутися до Контролера за
адресою e-mail: daneosobowe@dedra.pl.;
8. Ви маєте право подати скаргу до відповідного наглядового
органу із захисту персональних даних.

The SAS+ALL series is designed to work
exclusively with SAS+ALL series chargers and
batteries.
The battery and charger are not included in the equipment purchased
and must be purchased separately. It is prohibited to use batteries and
chargers other than those intended for this equipment.
2. Description of the device

3. Purpose of the device
The unit is designed exclusively for outdoor spreading of grass seed,
fertiliser, salt and de-icer.
It is permissible to use the device in renovation and construction work,
repair workshops, amateur work, subject to the conditions of use and
permissible working conditions contained in the operating instructions.
4. Restriction on use
The appliance may only be used in accordance
with the ‘Permitted operating conditions’ below.
Do not use for spreading sand, gravel, flour, powdered fertiliser.
Do not direct discarded material towards people or animals. Ejected
material moves at high speed, there is a risk of injury.
Unauthorised changes to the mechanical and
electrical design, any modifications, maintenance
operations not described in the operating instructions will be
treated as illegal and will result in the immediate loss of warranty
rights and the declaration of conformity will become invalid.
Misuse or use not in accordance with the operating instructions will result
in immediate loss of warranty rights.
Permitted operating conditions’
S1 - continuous operation and others.
Battery charging temperature range 10 - 30°C. Do not expose to
temperatures above 40°C.

Information on vibrations and noise
The combined value of the vibration ah and the measurement uncertainty
were determined in accordance with the standard EN 62841-1 and are
given in the table.

a standard test method and can be used to compare one device with
another. The stated vibration/noise level can also be used for a
preliminary vibration/noise exposure assessment.

the declared values, depending on the use of the work tools, in particular
the type of workpiece and the need to determine operator protection
measures. In order to accurately estimate exposure in actual use
conditions, all parts of the work cycle must be taken into account,
including periods when the machine is switched off or when it is switched
on but not used for work.
