3. Purpose of the device
The hoover is an appliance designed for domestic use, for dry and wet
work. Allows cleaning of any surfaces in residential and commercial
premises such as workshops, hotels, etc. Allows surfaces to be cleaned
of a variety of dirt such as dust, small chips, debris, etc. The hoover is
equipped with a blowing function, allowing dirt to be blown out of hard-to-
reach areas.
An additional socket allows the connection of an appliance with a
maximum power of 2,000 watts, and a synchronised switch allows the
hoover to be used as an extractor of the spoil generated by the power
tool.
Thanks to the blowing function, the hoover allows dirt to be blown out of
hard-to-reach areas.
Thanks to the automatic shaker, the device will work very well as a dust
extractor after sanding gypsum plaster.
It is permissible to use the device in renovation and construction work,
repair workshops, amateur work, subject to the conditions of use and
permissible working conditions contained in the operating instructions.
4. Restriction on use
The appliance may only be used in accordance
with the ‘Permitted operating conditions’ below.
Unauthorised changes to the mechanical and
electrical design, any modifications, maintenance
operations not described in the operating instructions will be
treated as illegal and will result in the immediate loss of warranty
rights and the declaration of conformity will become invalid.
Misuse or use not in accordance with the operating instructions will result
in immediate loss of warranty rights.

6. Preparing for use
All operations described in this chapter should be
carried out with the battery disconnected.
1. remove the hoover from the packaging, remove the lid, remove the
contents from the hoover tank.
2. ensure that all components of the appliance have been supplied in
accordance with the parts list (see the appliance manual for a list).
3. place the tank on the base. From the underside of the hoover, fit the
wheel sockets by pressing them into the holes in the base.
Prepare the hoover for dry running:
(a) Fit a HEPA filter onto the safety valve basket protruding from the
motor cover. Ensure that the rubber gasket fits tightly to the motor
housing.
b) Place a cloth bag over the collection container. Ensure that the rubber
gasket fits tightly to the motor housing.
Preparing the hoover for wet work:
(a) Place a foam cover over the safety valve basket protruding from the
motor cover. Make sure the cover fits tightly to the motor housing, smooth
out any unevenness. 4.
4. close the cover with the latches, making sure that the lower part of the
cover fits tightly against the hoover tank.
5. fit the flexible suction hose on the side of the larger connector by
inserting it into the air inlet hole located in the body of the hoover.
6. attach an extension tube to the other side of the flexible hose.
7. assemble a suitable suction nozzle onto the end of the tube. The
appliance is now ready for use..
7. Connecting to the mains
Before connecting the appliance to the power supply, ensure that the
supply voltage corresponds to the value indicated on the rating plate.
The power supply installation should comply with the essential
requirements for electrical installations and meet the safety requirements
for use. The parameters for the minimum cross-section of the supply
cable and the nominal value of the fuse, depending on the power of the
appliance, are given in the table below:
Unit power [W]
Minimum conductor
cross-section [mm2]
Minimum fuse type C
[A]
1400-2300

The installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician. When
using extension cables, ensure that the conductor cross-section is not
smaller than required (see table). Arrange the electrical cable so that it is
not at risk of being cut during operation. Do not use damaged extension
cords. Periodically check the condition of the power supply cable. Do not
pull on the power cable.
8. Switching on the device
Before starting up the unit, it is essential to carry
out the steps described in the section ‘Preparing
for operation’.
There is an on/off switch on the lid of the hoover (Fig. A, 1). To switch on
the hoover, press the switch button into position I. To switch off the
hoover, press the switch button in the O position.
9. Operation of the device
When operating the device, all safety rules and
instructions described in the safety conditions
must be strictly observed..
The hoover is designed for use in domestic and commercial areas
(workshops, garages, etc.) The unit is suitable for dry or wet cleaning.
The hoover is equipped with two types of brushes: flat (Fig. C, 1) for
cleaning larger floor areas, carpets: narrow (Fig. C, 2), which can be used
for vacuuming narrow inaccessible areas (e.g. corners, crevices, etc.)
When cleaning wet dirt, remember that the unit is equipped with a safety
device which cuts off the intake of water to the motor. When removing
wet and damp dirt, equip the unit with a foam guard (Fig. C, 3).
Connecting an additional electrical appliance to the hoover
The hoover has an additional socket to which a power tool or other
electrical appliance can be connected. The socket is located on the lid of
the hoover and is protected with a plastic cover. Maximum power of the
device connected to the socket: 2000 W. After connecting the hoover to
the mains, by setting the switch position to 0, it is possible to work with
the connected power tool without switching on the hoover.
Simultaneous operation of the hoover and the connected appliance is
also possible. The hoover with a connected appliance can operate in two
modes:
1.Normal mode ‘I’.
2.Synchronous mode ‘II’
In normal mode, when the appliance is connected and the hoover is
switched on (Fig. C, 1), the hoover and the appliance will operate
independently. In synchronised mode (Fig. C, 3), the hoover will not run
until the connected appliance is switched on. When the appliance is
switched on, the hoover will start.
When the appliance is switched off, the hoover will continue to run for
about 5 s and then switch off.
The synchronisation function is particularly useful when carrying out work
where it is necessary to remove waste on an ongoing basis (e.g. removal
