10. Okres gwarancji ulega przedłużeniu o czas, w ciągu którego wskutek
wady Produktu objętego gwarancją Użytkownik nie mógł z niego
korzystać.
Gwarancja nie wyłącza, nie ogranicza, ani nie zawiesza uprawnień
Użytkownika wynikających z przepisów o rękojmi za wady rzeczy
sprzedanej.
Zgodnie z art. 13 ust. 1 i ust. 2 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego
i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób
fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie
swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy
95/46/WE (dalej: „RODO”) informujemy
1. Administratorem Twoich danych osobowych podanych w formularzu
jest DEDRA-EXIM sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Pruszkowie , ul. 3 Maja 8,
05-800 Pruszków (dalej: „Administrator”).
2. Twoje dane będą przetwarzane wyłącznie w celu przeprowadzenia
procedury gwarancyjnej urządzenia zgodnie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b
ogólnego rozporządzenie o ochronie danych (dalej: „RODO”)
Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, ale konieczne do przeprowadzenia
procedury gwarancyjnej.
3. Twoje dane będą przetwarzane przez okres rozpatrywania
przeprowadzenia procedury gwarancyjnej oraz w celach
archiwizacyjnych w razie konieczności obrony przed ewentualnymi
roszczeniami wobec Administratora nie dłużej niż do momentu ich
przedawnienia.
4. Twoje dane mogą być ujawniane wyłącznie podmiotom
przetwarzającym dane na rzecz administratora na podstawie
pisemnej umowy powierzenia przetwarzania danych osobowych
świadczącym m.in. usługi serwisu technicznego, hostingu lub obsługi
strony internetowej, obsługi IT, firmie kurierskiej. Dostawcy
Administratora zobowiązani są do zapewnienia zabezpieczenia
danych i spełnienia wymogów obowiązującego prawa związanego z
ochroną danych osobowych i nie mogą wykorzystywać
powierzonych danych osobowych do innych celów niż te, które są
określone w umowie z Administratorem.
5. Twoje dane nie będą przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowany w
tym również w formie profilowania oraz nie będą przekazywane do
państwa trzeciego/organizacji międzynarodowej.
6. Posiadasz prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich
sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do
przenoszenia danych, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu, w dowolnym
momencie.
7. We wszelkich sprawach związanych z przetwarzaniem Twoich
danych osobowych przez Administratora możesz skontaktować się

8. Masz prawo wniesienia skargi do wniesienia skargi do organu

3. Purpose of the device
The workshop hoover is an appliance designed for dry and wet work
(water extraction) and allows cleaning of any surfaces in residential and
commercial premises. Thanks to the automatic shaker, the device will
work very well as a dust extractor when sanding gypsum plaster.
Applies to the DED6609P: Thanks to the additional sockets, it is possible
to connect a compressor and use the hoover with pneumatic devices.
It is permissible to use the device in renovation and construction work,
repair workshops, amateur work, subject to the conditions of use and
permissible working conditions contained in the operating instructions.
4. Restriction on use
The appliance may only be used in accordance
with the ‘Permitted operating conditions’ below.
Unauthorised changes to the mechanical and
electrical design, any modifications, maintenance
operations not described in the operating instructions will be
treated as illegal and will result in the immediate loss of warranty
rights and the declaration of conformity will become invalid.
Misuse or use not in accordance with the operating instructions will result
in immediate loss of warranty rights.

Information on noise
Noise emissions were determined in accordance with the standard EN
60335-1 and values are given in the table above.
Noise can cause hearing damage, always wear
hearing protection when working!
The declared total vibration/noise value has been measured according
to a standard test method and can be used to compare one device with
another. The stated vibration/noise level can also be used for a
preliminary vibration/noise exposure assessment.
Vibration/noise levels during actual use of the equipment may differ from
the declared values, depending on the use of the work tools, in particular
the type of workpiece and the need to determine operator protection
measures. In order to accurately estimate exposure in actual use
conditions, all parts of the work cycle must be taken into account,
including periods when the machine is switched off or when it is switched
on but not used for work.
6. Preparing for use
All operations described in this chapter should be
carried out with the battery disconnected.
The hoover requires preliminary work before it can be used.
Mounting the castors
The rear wheels (fig., A, 17) are mounted on the axle. Push the axle into
the guides at the bottom of the tank so that the pins overlap the holes in
the axle. Press down firmly. Secure the castors with end caps.
The front wheels are seated on pins, which should be pressed into the
holes in the front of the dirt tank. The front wheels should turn freely.
