possibility of hazardous: substances, mixtures and components in the
equipment.

I. Product Liability
1. Guarantor - Dedra Exim Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in
Pruszkow, address: ul. 3 Maja 8, 05-800 Pruszków, KRS 0000062517,
District Court for the City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIV Economic
Department of the National Court Register, NIP 527-020-49-33, share
capital: PLN 100,980.00.
2. Under the terms of this warranty card, the Guarantor guarantees the
Product, originating from the Guarantor's distribution.
3. Liability under the warranty shall cover only defects arising from
causes inherent in the Product at the time of its release to the User.
4. By virtue of the warranty, the User, obtains the right to repair the
Product free of charge, if the defect became apparent during the warranty
period. The method of repairing the Product (the method of performing
the repair) is at the discretion of the Guarantor. If the Guarantor finds that
repair is not possible, the Guarantor reserves the right to replace the
defective element or the entire Product with a defect-free one, reduce the
price of the Product or withdraw from the contract.
5. In relation to the User who is not a consumer within the meaning of the
Act of April 23, 1964. Civil Code, the Guarantor's liability for damages
resulting from this guarantee and/or in connection with its conclusion and
execution, regardless of the legal title, is limited to a maximum of the
value of the defective Product.

III. Conditions for taking advantage of the guarantee
The User must present the completed warranty card for the Product and
the User must substantiate the circumstances of the purchase of the
Product, e.g. by presenting a receipt, invoice, etc. In order to carry out
the claim efficiently, the User is advised to submit with the Product for
claim all the elements specified in the "Completion of the device" included
in the User's Manual.

User's Manual and the warranty card.
3. The warranty covers only the territory of the Republic of Poland and
the EU.
4. The warranty does not cover Product defects arising in particular from:
a. Failure by the User to comply with the conditions set forth in the User's
Manual, particularly with regard to proper operation, maintenance and
cleaning;
b. Use of cleaning or maintenance products by the User that do not
comply with the User's Manual;
c. Inadequate storage and transportation of the Product by the User;
d. Unauthorized changes and/or alterations to the Product by the User,
which were not agreed upon with the Guarantor;
e. User's use of consumables in the Product that do not comply with the
User's Manual.
5. A user who is not a consumer within the meaning of the Act of April 23,
1964. Civil Code, loses the warranty on the Product in which:
- serial numbers, date markings and nameplates have been removed,
altered or damaged by the User;
- seals have been damaged by the User or bear signs of tampering by
the User.
6. Note: Activities related to the daily operation of the Product, resulting,
among other things, from the User's Manual, shall be performed by the
User on his/her own and at his/her own expense.
IV. Complaint procedure
1. In the event that the Product is found not to be working properly, make
sure that all the operations specified in particular in the User's Manual
have been performed correctly before making a claim.
2. It is recommended to make a complaint immediately, preferably within
7 days from the date of noticing a defect in the Product. The User, who
is not a consumer within the meaning of the Act of April 23, 1964. Civil
Code, loses his/her rights under this warranty if he/she fails to report a
complaint within 7 days.
3. Claims may be filed, among others, at the point of purchase of the
Product, at the warranty service or in writing to the address: Dedra Exim
Sp. z o.o., ul. 3 Maja 8, 05-800 Pruszków.
4. The user may file a complaint using the form available on the website
www.dedra.pl. ("Warranty Claim Form").
5. Addresses of warranty services for specific countries are available at
www.dedra.pl. If there is no warranty service for a particular country,
warranty claims are recommended to be addressed to: Dedra Exim Sp.
z o.o. ul. 3 Maja 8, 05-800 Pruszków (Poland).
6. With a view to the safety of the User, it is prohibited to use a defective
Product.
7. Caution: using a defective Product is dangerous to the health and life
of the User.
8. The fulfillment of the obligations under the warranty will be carried out
within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the claimed Product
by the User.
9. Before delivering the defective Product for complaint, it is
recommended to clean it. The Product under complaint is recommended
to be carefully protected against damage in transit (it is recommended to
deliver the Product under complaint in its original packaging).
10. The warranty period shall be extended by the time during which, due
to a defect in the Product covered by the warranty, the User could not
use it.
The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the User's rights under
the warranty provisions for defects of the sold thing.
Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the
European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the
protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal
data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive
95/46/EC (hereinafter: "RODO"), we inform you of the following

hosting or website maintenance, IT support, courier company. The
Administrator's suppliers are obliged to ensure data security and meet
the requirements of the applicable law related to personal data protection
and may not use the entrusted personal data for purposes other than
those specified in the contract with the Administrator.

and will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.
6. You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to
rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to
object, at any time.
