5. Adresy serwisów gwarancyjnych dla poszczególnych krajów dostępne
są na stronie www.dedra.pl. W przypadku braku serwisu gwarancyjnego
dla danego kraju zgłoszenia reklamacyjne z tytułu gwarancji zaleca się
kierować na adres: Dedra Exim Sp. z o.o. ul. 3 Maja 8, 05-800 Pruszków
(Polska).
6. Mając na uwadze bezpieczeństwo Użytkownika zakazuje się
korzystania z wadliwego Produktu.
7. Uwaga! Korzystanie z wadliwego Produktu jest niebezpieczne dla
zdrowia i życia Użytkownika.
8. Wykonanie obowiązków wynikających z gwarancji nastąpi w terminie
14 dni roboczych, licząc od dnia dostarczenia reklamowanego Produktu
przez Użytkownika.
9. Przed dostarczeniem wadliwego Produktu do reklamacji zaleca się
jego oczyszczenie. Reklamowany Produkt zaleca się dokładnie
zabezpieczyć przed uszkodzeniami w transporcie (zaleca się dostarczyć
reklamowany Produkt w oryginalnym opakowaniu).
10. Okres gwarancji ulega przedłużeniu o czas, w ciągu którego wskutek
wady Produktu objętego gwarancją Użytkownik nie mógł z niego
korzystać.
Gwarancja nie wyłącza, nie ogranicza ani nie zawiesza uprawnień
Użytkownika wynikających z przepisów o rękojmi za wady rzeczy
sprzedanej.
Zgodnie z art. 13 ust. 1 i ust. 2 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego
i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób
fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie
swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy
95/46/WE (dalej: „RODO”) informujemy
1. Administratorem Twoich danych osobowych podanych w formularzu
jest DEDRA-EXIM sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Pruszkowie, ul. 3 Maja 8,
05-800 Pruszków (dalej: „Administrator”).
2. Twoje dane będą przetwarzane wyłącznie w celu przeprowadzenia
procedury gwarancyjnej urządzenia zgodnie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b
ogólnego rozporządzenie o ochronie danych (dalej: „RODO”)
Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, ale konieczne do przeprowadzenia
procedury gwarancyjnej.
3. Twoje dane będą przetwarzane przez okres rozpatrywania
przeprowadzenia procedury gwarancyjnej oraz w celach
archiwizacyjnych w razie konieczności obrony przed ewentualnymi
roszczeniami wobec Administratora nie dłużej niż do momentu ich
przedawnienia.
4. Twoje dane mogą być ujawniane wyłącznie podmiotom
przetwarzającym dane na rzecz administratora na podstawie
pisemnej umowy powierzenia przetwarzania danych osobowych
świadczącym m.in. usługi serwisu technicznego, hostingu lub obsługi
strony internetowej, obsługi IT, firmie kurierskiej. Dostawcy
Administratora zobowiązani są do zapewnienia zabezpieczenia
danych i spełnienia wymogów obowiązującego prawa związanego z
ochroną danych osobowych i nie mogą wykorzystywać
powierzonych danych osobowych do innych celów niż te, które są
określone w umowie z Administratorem.
5. Twoje dane nie będą przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowany w
tym również w formie profilowania oraz nie będą przekazywane do
państwa trzeciego/organizacji międzynarodowej.
6. Posiadasz prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich
sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do
przenoszenia danych, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu, w dowolnym
momencie.
7. We wszelkich sprawach związanych z przetwarzaniem Twoich
danych osobowych przez Administratora możesz skontaktować się

8. Masz prawo wniesienia skargi do wniesienia skargi do organu
właściwego do spraw ochrony danych osobowych;

2. Description of the device

3. Purpose of the device
The DED6954 hoover is designed for dry operation and enables surfaces
to be cleaned of various dirt (e.g. debris, ash, construction waste, dust,
etc.).
The hoover additionally has an air blowing function.
It is permissible to use the device in renovation and construction work,
repair workshops, amateur work, while observing the conditions of use
and permissible working conditions contained in the operating
instructions.
4. Limitations of use
The appliance may only be used in accordance with the "Permitted
operating conditions" below. Unauthorised changes to the mechanical
and electrical construction, any modifications, maintenance operations
not described in the operating instructions will be considered unlawful
and will result in the immediate loss of Warranty Rights.
Do not use for cleaning hot ash or coal, substances harmful and
hazardous to health, toxic substances, flammable substances or other
hazardous materials, do not use in the vicinity of flammable liquids or
vapours and volatile bodies forming an explosive mixture with
atmospheric air.
Additional restrictions
a) Only connect the hoover to the mains supply while it is running.
(b) All safety components must be kept in full working order. If they are
damaged, they must be repaired or replaced immediately.
(c) Do not leave the hoover unattended when it is ready for use.
d) Do not make the device available to children as a toy.
e) Store the unit away from heat sources (cooker, heater, etc.) to avoid
deformation of the plastic parts.
f) When using the unit, do not block the air intake. Otherwise, the dust
absorption capacity will be reduced and there is a risk of burning the
engine.
g) The appliance is not suitable for vacuuming harmful dusts such as
hardwood (beech, oak) and asbestos dust.
h) Unplug the hoover from the mains socket before cleaning, replacing
accessories or when leaving it unattended.
(i) Do not collect any liquids.
j) The appliance is designed to collect, among other things, cold ash from
fireplaces, barbecues, ashtrays and similar ash accumulation areas.
(k) Do not collect hot, glowing or burning ash. Collect only cold ash.
(l) The dust and ash container must be emptied and cleaned before and
after each use;
(m) Do not use paper bags or bags made of flammable materials.
(n) Do not use any other hoover to vacuum up the ash;
o) Do not leave the hoover on flammable materials or polymer surfaces
and carpets.
p) Do not pick up any objects with a hoover whose temperature is higher
than 40 °C.
