Installation
Remove all packing materials from the ZA-9250VDAB. Check if all foam and plastic padding is removed.
Secure the equipment into a 19" rack if preferred. Connect all cables.
Always disconnect from electric mains power supply before cleaning or servicing.
Damages caused by non-observance are not subject to warranty.
Set Up and Operation
Before plugging the unit in, always make sure that the power supply matches the product specification
voltage. Do not attempt to operate a 115V specification product on 230V power, or vice versa.
Before powering up the first time, make sure that the AC selector is set to the proper
voltage!
Damage caused by connecting the amplifier to improper AC voltage is not covered
by any warranty!
Always turn off and disconnect the amplifier from mains voltage before making audio
connections. The attenuators should always be turned down during power-up.
Connecting Inputs
Use the jack input on the front panel or the XLR input connectors on the rear to supply audio signals to
your DAP Audio ZA-9250VDAB amplifier. The jack connector accepts unbalanced audio connections
while the XLR connectors accept balanced and unbalanced audio connections.
Operating the Tuner
Turn the source selector (10) to 1. The display will show:
Searching for Radio Stations
01) Press the UP/DOWN buttons (63/66) to select the previous/next radio station. There are 5 radio
presets.
02) You can also press the preset buttons 1-5 (60/61/62/64/65) to select one of the first 5 radio stations.
Tuning
01) Press and hold down the UP/DOWN buttons (63/66) for 2 seconds to start automatic tuning. The tuner
will keep searching for a strong wavelength. Once it is found, the search will stop.
02) In order to fine-tune the signal quality, press the skip buttons and to move backwards or
forwards, until the quality of the signal is good.
