3 Company Certification

When you log in to a personal account for the first time, you must get company certification to

become a company user. By default, company account users who are invited to register through GSP

invitation link do not need to be certified.

Procedure

Step 1 Log in to DoLynk Care.

Step 2 Select

Company

, and then click

Authenticate

on the prompt page to go to the company

certification page.

Step 3 Configure the parameters.

certificate status is displayed as

Being Authenticated

. The company information cannot be

modified in this status.

If the region of the application company is in North America, the distributor registration code is

required. After entering the code and being verified, the account will be certified successfully

without review.
