If the account is from another system such as Partner app and has never logged in
to DoLynk Care before, the
Forgot password?
is not supported. You have to log in
to DoLynk Care at least once.
When selecting the language as Thai, you can reset your password with your phone
number.

2.3 Changing Password
After logging in to DoLynk Care, you can change the password of your current account.
Procedure
Step 1 Log in to DoLynk Care.
Step 2 Click the account name at the upper right corner of the page, and then select
Change
Password
.
Step 3 Enter the old password and the new password according to the requirements prompted
on the page, and then confirm the new password.
Click next to the password to display the password.
Step 4 Click
OK
.
