The figure below illustrates how to properly insert SFP28 transceivers into the Switch’s SFP28 ports.

The SFP28 ports support transceiver form factors: SFP28 and SFP+. A complete list of SFP transceivers compatible
with this switch, can be found in Port Functions in Appendix A - Technical Specifications at the end of this
document.
Installing PSU Modules into the PSU Module Slots
Located on the rear panel of the switch, D-Link DXS-3130-28P PSU module slots support the following two PSU
modules.
AC Power Supply Module:
˙ DPS-PWR1200AC: An AC Hot-Swappable Internal Redundant Power Supply.
DC Power Supply Module:
˙ DPS-PWR1200DC: A DC Hot-Swappable Internal Redundant Power Supply.
Installing AC PSU Modules
D-Link DXS-3130-28P switches support hot-swappable AC PSU modules that you can remove and insert a PSU
module when your switch is powered on and in operation. This feature is designed to further ensure and enhance the
reliability of your switch.
When an existing AC PSU module needs to be replaced or an additional AC PSU module needs to be installed, it is
important to know the proper installation of the AC PSU module.
