How can I access my DCS-2802KT remotely through the Internet?
In order to use your DCS-2802KT remotely through the Internet using the mydlink app, you must register your camera with
a mydlink account. You can do this using the free mydlink app. Please go to Using the mydlink App on page 16 for more
information.
Note: You can use the same mydlink account to log into the mydlink app.
Why does one camera's battery drain faster than another?
The battery on each D-Link wire-free camera will last up to 11 months if used less than 3 minutes a day (including live view /
motion detection / recording). Connecting to the camera often for live view, or setting a high motion sensitivity will increase
battery drain. Lowering live-view times and frequency, as well as reducing motion sensitivity settings will help extend your
battery life.
