6.4.4 Event System Pages
The Event System pages are a collection of four configuration pages
containing controls for configuring rooms, defining scenarios, assembling
automation tasks, and managing icons. Clicking the Event System icon
( ) on the left-side navigation bar will present you with an option of
which configuration page (Room, Scenario, Automation, Icon) to open.
6.4.4.1 Room Page
This page provides a way to create a new room or edit existing ones by
adding or removing pre-defined scenarios. Rooms are utilised via the
WebGUI’s Home page and typically contain multiple “scenarios” which
can do anything from activating a single feature of a unit to performing a
series of scripted commands and activating specific automation behavior.
Each room also has a unique ID index number which is assigned when the
room is created. This page also provides a way to import or export rooms
for easy transport or archival.
Note: Scenarios are created and managed via the Scenario page. Please see
section 6.4.4.2 for more details.
1) Upload Room: To load a previously saved room configuration from
your PC, click the “Upload” button to open the file selection window
and then select the preferred room configuration (*.room.json format)
located on your local PC. After selecting the file, click the “Open”
