NOTE: Box shown installed to CMS-440. CMA accessories
similar.
NOTE: The CMA472 may be attached to the accessory using
either one of two sets of screw holes. (See Figure 2)

3. Close and secure lid to CMA472 (A) with two 10-24 x 5/8"
Phillips pan head screws (B). (See Figure 3). Tightly fasten.
NOTE: Each door must be closed with one screw at either end
of the CMA472.

4. Connect ground wire to grounding screw. (See Figure 4)

NOTE:
Knockouts are provided for ease of installation. Any
open knockout needs to be plugged, using parts (C) or
(D). Additional 1" (C) or 1/2" (D) plugs may be
purchased at a local store, if needed.
