LOADING WARES

1. Wares should be scrapped and rinsed to remove large food particles and debris prior to
loading into dishwasher (see Fig. 36).
2. Load plates in peg racks, bowls and cups in at-bottom racks, and glasses in a glass
rack (see Fig. 36).
3. Load silverware in a single layer in a at-bottom rack.
4. Load pots, pans, and utensils upside down in a at-bottom rack.
5. Load bake sheets and trays on the short edge in a bake sheet rack.

ATTENTION
Do not overload dish racks and only wash one dish rack at a time.
CAUTION
Never use warewashing machine to wash objects such as mops, oor mats, or other foreign materials.
