Water supply

and drainage

are produced

at the same

time.

Incorrect drainage pipe height?

Drainage and sewer pipe

blocked? Has the drainage pipe

been removed?

Conrm that the lowest

point of the drain tube is

above the internal water

level of the washing

machine. Set the drainage

pipe into the water outlet.

Remove the blockage from

the drainpipe.

Nothing is

displayed

Excessive foam in the detergent

drawer. No low sussing

detergent is used?

Add one tablespoon of

fabric softener to the

detergent powder, then

inject 300 ml of clean water.

Reduce the amount of

detergent in the next wash.

Abnormal

sound

Any coins, zippers, buttons or

metallic elements, such as the

fastener holder on the inner and

outer cylinders.

The sounds produced by

the operation of the inlet

valve and by the air/water

mixture when the drain

pump is running are normal

phenomena.
