code Symptoms Causes Solutions

IE

Water inlet

fault

Is the faucet turned o, is there

no water supply (low water

pressure), or is the water in the

water inlet frozen? Check if the

inlet valve lter is blocked.

Open the faucet, clean the

inlet valve strainer (remove

the strainer with pliers and

a brush).

OE Drain failure

Is the drain lter blocked by

debris? Is the drainpipe blocked

by debris? Is the height of the

drainage outlet too high?

Remove foreign matter from

the drain lter. Open the

drainpipe to remove debris.

Reduce the height of the

drain outlet.

DE Door lock fault Is the door not locked in place? Close the door.

EU Drain failure

Are the bolts not removed?

Is the washing machine out

of balance? The amount of

clothing. Too many clothes or big

clothes in a group?

Remove the bolts. Level the

washing machine. Add 1-2

garments. Sort the clothes

and restart.

PF

Power failure

(DD motor

only) Power failure during operation.

Press the “start/pause”

key directly to continue the

operation before the power

failure occurs. Restart the

machine.

CL

Child lock (DD

motor only)

Preventing children from

manipulating the machine.

View the display panel,

press and hold the child lock

button to cancel the child

lock function, or turn o the

power button.

Water leaks

Incorrect connection of the

water inlet pipe? Incorrect

faucet size?

Correctly connect the

water inlet pipe. Use the

faucet with the appropriate

dimensions.
