Problem POSSIBLE CAUSE TROUBLESHOOTING

The washing

machine does not

switch on

It is not plugged in.

You have not pressed the Start/Pause

button.

Power outage.

Blown fuse.

Plug it in.

Press the Start/Pause

button.

Check the power supply.

Replace the fuse.

Spinning fault,

display shows “UE”

Make sure that the transport bolts have

been removed.

Make sure that the machine is

positioned in a stable position.

Garments may be too small or too

lightweight.

Appliance feet are not correctly

adjusted.

Remove the transport

bolts.

Position the machine in a

xed and secure manner.

Add more clothes.

Position the feet correctly.

Water inlet fault,

display shows “IE”

Check if the tap is open.

Check that the water supply is not cut

Check that the pipes are not frozen.

Check that the lters are not clogged.

Open the tap.

Contact your water

supplier.

Use hot water for thawing.

Remove lters and clean

them.

Water outlet fault,

display shows “OE”

Water outlet pipes may be too high.

Pipes may be frozen.

Pipes may be blocked.

Drainage pump blocked.

Reposition the pipes

correctly within a height

of 1 m.

Thaw the pipes.

Clean the pipes.

Clean the drain pump.

Door fault, display

shows “DE”

Drum door may not be properly closed. Make sure that no objects

block the door.

No heating, display

shows “FE”
