power failure during

the operation of the

Press the Start/Pause icon

to resume the operation of

the washing machine when

the power is back.

Restart the washing

machine.

detergent that

produces too much

Add one tablespoon of

fabric softener into the

detergent compartment

and then add 500 ml of

water as well.

Reduce the amount of

detergent in the next wash.

Washing

machine

makes a

strange noise

It is possible that this

noise is caused by

a coin, zip or metal

button.

There is a foreign

object in the drum (e.g.

a bra hook and eye).

The sounds produced by

the operation of the inlet

valve and by the air/water

mixture when the drain

pump is running are normal

phenomena.

After solving the problem, press the Start/Pause icon to resume washing. If you are unable

to repair the fault yourself or if you get any other error code not listed in this chart, turn o

the water supply, disconnect the machine from the mains and contact the ocial Cecotec

Technical Support Service.

Error codes

The tap is turned o,

no (or very little) water

is owing or the water

supply hose is frozen.

The lter of the

water supply valve is

blocked.

Open the tap.

Clean the lter screen of

the water supply valve

(remember to replace it

after cleaning).

Failure during

the draining

process

The drain hose is

obstructed by a foreign

object.

The drain valve is

clogged with debris

from laundry.

The drain hose is too

high.

There is a foreign object in

the drain hose outlet.

Open the drain valve to

remove debris.

Reduce the height of the

drain hose.

Door lock

fault

The door is not closed

properly.

Close the door again.

Failure during

the spinning

process

The transport bolts

have not been

removed.

The washing machine

is not correctly

balanced.

There is little laundry

in the washing

machine.

There is too much

laundry in the washing

machine or you have

only put in heavy

items.

Remove the screws.

Ensure that the base is

balanced and stable.

Add more laundry in the

washing machine.

Remove some laundry and

resume the programme.
