During the rinsing

phase

The washing result

is not the desired

one

You have not selected a programme

suitable for the soiling level of the laundry

or you have not added enough detergent.

White spots have

appeared on clothes

after washing

You have used powder detergent. Some

components of these detergents do not

dissolve in water, so they can sometimes

stick to clothes and cause stains. Select

the Rinse + Spin programme to rinse the

laundry, and remove stains with a brush

when the laundry is dry. Please note that

white and coloured laundry should be

washed separately.

During the spinning

phase

Washing machine

does not spin

correctly

Do not wash only heavy items but combine

them with small items so that the washing

machine can spin them properly.

Washing machine

vibrates too much

Conrm that the machine is placed on a

stable horizontal oor, that the feet are

level and locked, and that the transport

bolts have been removed.

Others The washing

machine gives o a

strange smell

It’s the smell given o by the gaskets.

This is normal, especially if the washing

machine is new. Run the Drum Clean

programme. After washing, the door

must be opened so that the drum can be

ventilated. In addition, the door gasket

must be cleaned regularly.

The programme

takes longer than

usual to nish

Due to the dierent types and materials of

laundry, the automatic balancing system

of the appliance can level and adjust

the laundry several times to extend the

spinning time. In addition, if a lot of suds

are produced, the machine will have to run

a process to remove them, which would

also increase the programme duration.

6. TROUBLESHOOTING

Phase Problem Causes

Before starting the

washing programme

There is residual

water in the washing

machine

The washing machine is subjected to a

quality inspection prior to delivery, so that

it is normal for a small amount of residual

water to remain in the drum.

Reminder to run

the Drum Clean

programme

If you wash your laundry at a temperature

below 60 °C for a long time, the machine

will automatically remind you to run the

Drum Clean programme. This reminder will

disappear when you run this programme

or any other programme where the water

temperature is high. If you wish, you can

ignore the reminder and select another

programme.

During the washing

phase

A noise sounds in

the drum

You have inserted a cleaning tablet for the

drum.

No water during the

washing phase

In some programmes the water level will

be below the door glass.

No garments can be

added when there

is a programme

running

Only some low water programmes allow

adding laundry during washing. Please

note that the water level and temperature

must be safe for you to open the door.

A pause occurs

during the washing

phase

Make sure that you have not pressed the

Start/Pause icon.
