GRIDDLE BURNER
Some models are equipped with a 12” or 24” Thermo-Griddle™ section.
1. Remove the adjacent cast iron grates and set aside.
2. Remove the ue cover by pulling straight up and set aside. (Fig. 1)
3. Looking from above, remove two screws at the rear. (Fig. 2)
4. Grasp the back of the griddle plate assembly and tilt up the rear a few inches,
then push the assembly toward the rear to disengage the two front tabs. (Fig. 3)
