6. Usage
Keep the fan in an appropriate locaon and connect the device to a properly in-
stalled 220-240V AC socket.
To be able to change the angle of inclinaon, slightly loosen the two screws 13
+ 16. By lng the protecve cage, you can adjust the angle of inclinaon. Then
ghten the screws 13 + 16 again, please. Push the buon (10) at the top of the
motor unit (11) to enable the oscillaon. If you do not want to use the oscillaon
funcon, pull the buon out slightly.
With the rotary switch on the motor unit the device can be switched on. Or you
can choose between dierent speed levels from Level 1 (slow) to Level 3 (fast). The
switch posion 0 puts the device into the o mode.
7. Cleaning
Pull out the power plug from the socket before starng with the cleaning process!
Use a slightly damp cloth for cleaning. The device should not be immersed in wa-
ter for cleaning under any circumstances. This could lead to electric shock or re!
8. Safety instrucons and liability disclaimer
Never try to open the device to carry out repairs or conversions. Avoid contact
with mains voltages. Do not short-circuit the product. The device is not cered
for use in the open air; only use it in dry condions. Protect it from high humidity,
water and snow. Keep it away from high temperatures. Do not subject the device
to sudden changes in temperature or heavy vibraon as this might damage
electronic components. Examine the device for damage before using it. The unit
should not be used if it has received an impact or has been damaged in any other
way. Please observe naonal regulaons and restricons. Do not use the device
for purposes other than those described in the instrucons. This product is not a
toy. Keep it out of the reach of children or mentally impaired persons. Any repair
