Fault Cause and troubleshooting
An error code ap-
pears on the display,
e.g. "E102".
The electronics have detected a fault.
1. Set the rotary switch to and pull out the mains
plug.
2. Re-insert the mains plug in the socket.
3. If the fault persists, call Customer Service.

"INSERT BOWL" ap-
pears on the display.
Bowl is not inserted or not engaged correctly.
▶ Insert the bowl and turn it anticlockwise as far as
possible.
"CHECK SWIVEL ARM
POSITION" appears
on the display.
Swivel arm is not engaged properly or has become
detached.
1. Set the rotary switch to .
2. Move the swivel arm until it engages correctly.
"MOTOR STOPPED
AUTOMATICALLY" ap-
pears on the display.
Different causes are possible.
1. Set the rotary switch to .
2. If the fault persists, call Customer Service.

Drive is not in the parked position.
1. Set the rotary switch to .
2. When the swivel arm is open, remove the tool and
close the swivel arm.
3. Set the rotary switch briefly to and then back to .

parked position is reached.
"TURN PROTECTIVE
DRIVE COVER TO SE-
CURE" appears on

No protective drive cover or accessory fitted to drive

1. Place the protective drive cover on drive 3 and se-
cure it by turning clockwise.
2. Fit an accessory to drive 3 and check it is posi-
tioned correctly.
"CHECK DISPLAY" ap-
pears on the display.
Touch display is soiled or has been accidentally activ-
ated.
1. Clean the display with a damp microfibre cloth.
2. Make sure that no objects touch the display acci-
dentally.
