Similar to bake, but air is circulated by a fan at
the back of the oven. Best for baked goods
such as cakes, cornbread, pies, quick breads,
tarts, and yeast breads.
conv roast Convection roast 325/175-550
(160/80-285)
Uses intense heat and air circulated by a fan.
Use for tender cuts of meat and poultry and
roasting vegetables. Meats are more juicy and
moist than results with roast mode.
keep warm Keep warm 150/140-210

Maintains a low temperature in order to keep
food hot.
Best for cooked frozen lasagna, frozen pizza,
meats, and casseroles

Heat is circulated throughout the oven by the
convection fan. Use for fresh or frozen pizza.

Maintains the warm, non-drafty environment
needed for proofing yeast leavened products.

Evenly distributes heat throughout the oven
cavity. Does not require preheating.
For frozen convenience foods such as fish

Uses hot air for crispy results without all the oil.
For packaged and convenience foods such as
hot wings or French fries.

self clean Pyrolytic self-cleaning The oven reaches a high temperature to burn
off food soil.
During Self cleaning the door is locked. "door
lock" is displayed.
steam clean Steam cleaning Steam assisted cleaning mode.
sabbath Sabbath mode 350/175-425

The Sabbath mode enables those of particular
faiths to use their ovens on the Sabbath.
