Freezing protection
If the appliance is out of operation and exposed to
temperatures below zero, observe the following
measures:
• Disconnect the unit from the power supply.
• Close the water supply and remove the inlet hose
from the water valve.
• Drain the water from the supply hose and from the
water valve.
• Reconnect the supply hose to the water valve.

rectly.

Drain pump is blocked.
Door lock

Door is not closed properly or blocked with pieces of laundry.

- Has the transport securing bolts been removed?
- The appliance must stand level on a firm surface - readjust
the feet if necessary.
- Too few/light laundry in the appliance.
Continuous
water supply

- Check inlet water pressure and reduce if necessary.
- Close the water supply and call a specialist company.
No heating
∙ ∙ ∙
Disconnect the appliance from the power supply,
Disconnect the water supply and call a specialist company.
No spinning

Too much foam
Detergent overdose - use an appropriate amount of detergent.
