• Select a new program and start the new opera-
tion.
Loading dishes later
WARNING:
Open the appliance door with extreme caution during
the program run. There is a risk of scalding from hot
steam.
Forgotten dishes can be loaded if the detergent has
not yet dissolved and the rinsing water has not been
pumped out.
• Press the start/pause button to interrupt the run-
ning program.
• Wait until the spray arms have come to a com-
plete stop. Then open the appliance door fully.
• Put away the forgotten dishes.
• Close the appliance door and press the
start/pause button again. Operation will resume
automatically after approx. 10 seconds.
End of program
CAUTION:
Only open the appliance door after a short cooling
time to prevent hot steam from escaping.
At the end of the wash cycle:
- several signal tones sound,
- appliance automatically switches to standby
mode.
If the appliance is not used within 15 minutes, it
switches off automatically to save energy.
Switching off
• Switch off the appliance.
• Close the water supply if necessary!
• Remove the dishes after they have cooled down
(see
"Unloading the dishwasher"
).
• Leave the appliance door slightly open until the
next rinse cycle to avoid odors.
• If the appliance is not in use for an extended peri-
od, disconnect it from the power supply!
Emptying the water tank
It is advisable to empty the water tank before long
breaks in operation or if there is a risk of frost:
• In standby mode, keep pressing the buttons for
the programs (Baby care) and (Glass) simultane-
ously for approx. 3 seconds. The remaining water
in the tank is pumped out.
• Wait until the process is complete before discon-
necting the appliance from the power supply.
Unloading the dishwasher
CAUTION:
Allow the dishes to cool for about 15 minutes before
removing them. Hot dishes are sensitive to knocks
and can be damaged if handled incorrectly.
NOTE:
At the end of the program, there may be drops of
residual water inside the appliance. This is normal
and does not indicate a fault.
• Open the appliance door carefully.
• Pull out the crockery basket completely.
• Remove the dishes carefully, as dry and cooled
as possible.
Cleaning and maintenance
WARNING:
• Always switch off the appliance and disconnect it
from the power supply before cleaning and
maintenance work.
• Allow the appliance to cool down sufficiently be-
fore cleaning it. There is a risk of scalding!
• Do not use steam cleaners for cleaning the appli-
ance; moisture could enter electrical components.
