Electrical connection
Information for the authorized expert!
WARNING:
The installation must be carried out exclusively by a
qualified professional and must comply with all appli-
cable national and local regulations. Improper instal-
lation can result in electric shock, fire, or serious in-
jury.
Important safety instructions:
• The connection to the power supply must comply
with the technical requirements of the installation
site and must be made in accordance with the
specifications on the appliance rating plate (lo-
cated in the door frame) and the wiring diagram.
• The appliance must be connected to a three-
phase alternating current (AC) power supply with
a neutral and protective earth conductor.
• A suitable power cable, rated according to the
connection type and the rated power of the oven,
must be used.
• The power cable must be securely fixed using the
strain relief device.
• The protective earth conductor must be con-
nected to the corresponding marked terminal of
the terminal block.
• The power cord must be routed in such a way that
it does not come into contact with hot parts of the
appliance, sharp edges, or movable furniture.
• If the power plug is not accessible after installa-
tion, a permanently installed all-pole disconnect-
ing device with a sufficient contact gap (at least
3 mm per pole) must be provided to ensure the
appliance can be safely disconnected from the
power supply in an emergency.
Connecting the hob to the oven
• Insert the connectors at the end of the hob cable
bundle into the corresponding connection socket
on the oven terminal strip.
• Ensure that all connections are securely and cor-
rectly fitted to guarantee safe operation.

Startup / Operation
Intended use
The appliance is intended for use in private house-
holds.
The oven is used for baking, roasting, cooking, grill-
ing and defrosting food. The hob is used for cooking,
heating and keeping food warm. It is intended exclu-
sively for the preparation of commercially available
food.
Before initial use
• Clean the inside of the oven and all supplied ac-
cessories thoroughly before using the appliance.
Cleaning instructions can be found in the
“Cleaning and maintenance”
chapter.
