Camera will not power on.
Use the supplied power adaptor or a proper rating PoE+ device. Verify wirings are properly connected and plugs
are securely in place. If the camera is attached to an outlet with a power switch, please make sure the switch is on.
Camera restarts by itself.
The camera may not be getting sufficient power. Verify that you’re using the provided power supply with the
camera. Verify that the camera and its power source are not set to restart at a specific time.
Camera not detected in the Dante Controller software.
If only the Bolin PTZ camera is not seen in the Dante controller, verify that the camera is within the same network
as the other Dante devices, and that no security measures are in place to prevent the camera from connecting to
the network. If in doubt, contact your network administrator.
The proper network interface needs to be selected using the Dante Controller software to view the Dante device(s).
If no Dante devices are listed under the Dante Controller software, please verify all cable connections to the Dante

User Tab
Log Tab
The User tab allows the administrator to add / delete
users and change passwords.
The Log tab let you search the action log of the
PTZ camera (all actions of the camera are saved
in the log).
Start Time: Define a starting date.
End Time: Define an end date.
Event Type: Define the event type to display:
All, System Operation, Settings Operation, Alarm.
