Using the convection function
1. Touch “Manual” in the home screen menu.
2. Touch the convection icon.
3. Set the temperature.
4. Set the timer or the core probe mode.
5. Set the fan speed.
6. Touch the steam injection icon and select a time for steam to be added.
7. Touch the exhaust icon and select it to be either open or closed.
Set the exhaust function to open when baking bread
and pastry, roasting pieces of meat or if you want to
achieve a grill effect.
Recommended convection settings
