Connectivity (cont’d)

Line Level Devices

For line-level devices like keyboards and drum machines, use the combo

jack inputs on Channels 1 and 2 with 1/4” TRS or TS cables.

Make sure you select LINE on the LINE/INST switch.

For devices with stereo outputs (like some keyboards), you can connect

the left output to Input 1, and the right output to Input 2.

Pedal Chain Setup

Thanks to the Enhance switch, which mimics the input stage of a valve

amp, the Polar 2’s inputs are ideally suited for guitar pedals. This allows

you to use your favourite guitar eects pedals during recording to capture

their authentic sound.

To use this setup, connect your guitar to the input of your rst pedal.

Then, connect the output of the last pedal in the chain to Input 1 on Polar

2 using a 1/4” instrument cable.

NOTE: When LINE is selected, the Enhance switch is bypassed for ¼” TRS and TS inputs.
