3. Configuration
There are no DIP switch or jumper settings that need to be modified in order to operate the basic functrions of
the A/B Switch. There are, however, several parameters related to Ethernet remote access/control and the
automatic switching features that are configurable. These settings are described later in this manual.
NOTE: The internal jumpers and DIP switches inside the A/B Switch have been pre-configured at the factory
and should not be changed from their default settings. They are shown here for reference only.

2–3 position Ethernet control module installed (SW1046A)
W2 1–2 position no Ethernet control module (SW1047A)

NOTE: DIP switch SW1 (resistors may be installed for “closed” positions).
