may be falls where the wristband’s sensors cannot detect the necessary parameters. Examples
include gently sliding down to the floor against a wall or from a chair without a hard impact. Al-
though the wearer may perceive this as a fall, it cannot be detected by the device. To minimise
unnecessary false alarms, the fall detection function has been optimised so that dropping the
device does not normally trigger an emergency notification. The fall detection function is being
continuously improved and is automatically updated the next time the device is charged and
an update is available and pending.
If you have also booked the professional emergency call service, the emergency
notification will also be forwarded to a 24-hour emergency call centre. This es-
tablishes a voice connection with the wearer and takes the necessary measures
to provide assistance as quickly as possible. In the app, you can select whether
the emergency call service should accept immediately or only when all emer-
gency contacts have declined.
7.8 Cancelling (false alarm) / ending the emergency mode
If there is a false alarm or if the emergency call has been ended successfully, you can cancel/
end the emergency mode (regardless of whether the emergency notification was triggered
manually or automatically).
• To cancel the emergency notification within the 20-second emergency sequence, press and
hold the ON/OFF/emergency button

for 3 seconds. The LEDs

will then stop flashing
and the emergency alarm and vibration will stop. No emergency notification will be sent to
the emergency contacts.
• To cancel the emergency notification after the 20-second emergency sequence or after a
successful emergency call, proceed as follows:
Press and hold the ON/OFF/emergency button

for 3 seconds; the 4 LEDs will then
go out.
You have successfully cancelled the emergency call and the emergency mode has been
ended.
The wristband is now back in its original state. We recommend charging the wristband
after an emergency notification has been triggered.
