7.7 Fall detection/manual emergency notifications

a) An emergency notification is automatically triggered when the
smart fall detection function senses that the wristband wearer has
fallen.
b) To manually send an emergency notification, press and hold
the ON/OFF/emergency button

for more than 3seconds.

The LEDs

then start to flash red and change to a yellow flash-
ing pattern one after the other. An emergency alarm also sounds via
the built-in loudspeakers and the device vibrates. This emergency
sequence lasts 20 seconds and can be cancelled at any time until
the notification is sent. If the emergency sequence is cancelled, a
call cannot be made.

3. The emergency wristband will now try to connect to the server and
send an emergency notification. This is indicated by a yellow running
light. The duration of this process depends on the network connection
at the location in question and can take several minutes.

After the emergency notification has been successfully sent, the LEDs

show a green running light. The emergency contacts are now in-
formed of the emergency via the app.

As soon as the emergency contact makes a voice call and is success-
fully transferred, the wearer does not need to take any further action to
accept the call. The LEDs light up steady green as soon as an active
voice connection is established. The wearer can now communicate
with the emergency contact via microphone

Despite careful development and testing, certain events may not trigger an emergency notifi-
cation. This may be because the impact was too weak and was not detected as a fall. There
