Connection Configuration
There is image dithering or random
lines are appearing on the display.
• If displaying content from a wired input source, ensure
that the input device is securely connected to the
display. For details, see Connections.
• Ensure that there are no other electronic equipment
or power tools are placed around the display that may
affect the input signal.
The image shown on the display has
no color or the color is weak.
• Adjust the brightness and contrast of the display. For
details, see Display settings.
• If displaying content from a wired input source, ensure
that the input device is securely connected to the
display. For details, see Connections.
The display is showing images but
no sound.
• Ensure that the display is not on mute and that the
volume is set to an adequate level.
• If displaying content from a wired input source, ensure
that the input device is securely connected to the
display. For details, see Connections.
The sound coming from the
soundbar is not playing evenly.
• Adjust the sound balance. For details, see Audio
settings.
• Ensure the following:
- The input device is securely connected to the
display.
- The input device is using one sound channel.
