17. If the appliance is fixed wiring, the appliance must be
fitted with means for disconnection from the supply mains
having a contact separation in all poles that provide full
disconnection under over voltage category III conditions,
and these means must be incorporated in the fixed wiring
in accordance with the wiring rules.
18. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
19.The appliance shall be installed in accordance with
national wiring regulations.
20. Servicing shall only be performed as recommended by
the equipment manufacture. Maintenance and repair
requiring the assistance of other skilled personnel shall be
carried out under the supervision of the person competent
in the use of flammable refrigerants.

should be conducted on outdoor side.
