Adjusting the water softener system
When the water softening system is adjus-
ted correctly, washing efficiency will in-
crease.
Read the section on adjusting the water
softener system first.
The regeneration of the water softening
system can be carried out in all programs
during the drying step. When the regenera-
tion process is performed, the duration, en-
ergy and water consumption of the pro-
gram increase. For the regeneration pro-
cess; when the dishwasher is operated with
a water supply of 14 dH under standard
conditions in the Eco 50°C program, the fre-
quency of the regeneration process, max-
imum additional time, water and energy
consumption depending on the water con-
sumption of the Eco 50°C program are
given in the table below.

gram of your dishwasher, please refer to
the Program Information and Average Con-
sumption Values Table given in the Pro-
gram Table.
6.3 Setting the Water Softening
System
Setting the water softening system cor-
rectly will improve your dishwasher’s wash-
ing, rinsing, and drying performance.
NOTICE! To set the system, first find out
your water hardness level from the au-
thorised service in your region and set it
as follows.
After determining the water hardness:
1. Press the Delay and Program keys simul-
taneously for 3 seconds to enter the set-
tings menu after turning your dishwasher
on.
2. Keep the program knob pressed until the
low salt warning indicator starts to flash.
Current regeneration level is indicated on
the program indicator.
3. Set the water hardness to a proper level
for the hardness of your mains water with
the Delay key. For the correct setting, refer
to the "Water hardness level setting table”.
4. Save by pressing On / Off key.
